Easy Peezy Frozen Sammys

I’m embarrassed to even be posting these because they have 2 ingredients and are easy enough that a 3 year old could make them but they are delicious so here they are! My friend Courtney used to make us these in high school. The important part is freezing them. I don’t know why…but I just love the texture when they are frozen. Alright, pay close attention…this is REALLY tricky.

  • Graham Crackers
  • Store-bought cream cheese frosting
  • Store-bought chocolate frosting

Spread the frosting in between the crackers and make yourself a little sandwich. Put them in freezer safe bags and toss them into the fridge. Perfect for a quick snack. Badaboom. 3 minutes. Done.

Molly @ Craving Collective - My mom used to make these all of the time for me and I’d forgotten about them until now! LOVE IT! Maybe dip them in chocolate?
