I PROMISE you I have been doing plenty of cooking these past months. I’ve just been too hungry to stop and take the pics! I’m back in the game now.
- 1 cup fat free greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- zest and juice of one lime
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/4 cup salsa verde (I use Herdez)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 packet dry hidden valley ranch dressing mix
- 1 can green chilies
Put it all in the food processor and hit play! Just drizzle if over your salad.
I poured it over a salad of romaine and spinach, corn, black beans, onions, tomatoes, avocados, red bell peppers and grilled flank steak. My husband said it was the best salad he’s ever had. SCORE!
