Memorial Day Camping

This weekend we drove up north to go camping with our family on Pond Oreille. Well, it was definitely wet and not warm but we had an awesome time. I think one of my favorite things from the weekend was the tarp city that kept growing more and more each day. It was pretty hilarious. As the rain kept falling, the need kept growing for more living space. By the end, we think we had about 2,00o sq. ft. Kidding, slightly.

We brought Kaylee her little ears.

Tent city.

We also learned that you could keep your feet dry by putting bags around them. HUGE tip. Huge.

My lapdog and I.

Freaky isn’t it? Twins.

Gopher hole 1. Bocce ball 0.

This stache’s last ride. It’s gone now.

On every road trip Nick begs me to get my camera out and take a pic of Gus like this. Finally, I was ready.

Yeah, that’s right. This is how I roll.
