Butternut Squash Ravioli with Brown Butter Sage Sauce

This is a personal favorite of mine.
Pasta compliments of Ferranti Fresh Pasta

INGREDIENTS:

Butternut squash ravioli

8 tbsp. butter

2 tbsp. fresh sage, chopped

Asiago or Parmesan cheese for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

1. Bring pot of salted water to boil – cook pasta.

2. While pasta is cooking melt butter in saucepan.

3. Once butter starts to turn brown, add sage and remove from heat.

4. Put strained ravioli on a plate and drizzle sauce over the top.

5. Add cheese as a garnish.
